Audience Outlook Monitor: Exploring Data from the TYAUSA WolfBrown Survey Session #1

Are you wondering when TYA audiences will feel comfortable to return to performances and academy programs? Are you curious about how audiences feel about virtual TYA programming? Join Alan Kline, Director of the Audience Research Program at WolfBrown, to unpack and show ways to analyze the first wave of data from the TYA/USA WolfBrown Audience Outlook Monitor survey, deployed by 34 TYA theatres across the country.
WolfBrown’s Audience Outlook Monitor is an international collaboration between top researchers, funders, service organizations, and hundreds of cultural organizations who want to make informed decisions about how and when to re-start programming based on rigorous research data. While health officials consider how and when to re-open venues, we need to gain a sense of how audiences feel about going out again in order to stage a successful comeback.

TYA/USA has partnered with WolfBrown to analyze responses of TYA ticket buyers across the U.S. about returning to the theatre, enrolling their children in classes and camps, and engaging in virtual programming.
