Based off of the 2003 Disney movie of the same title, Finding Nemo: The Musical features music from Frozen’s Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez and an adapted book by Lindsey Anderson. The story follows father and son pair Marlin and Nemo living in the Great Barrier Reef. When Nemo is captured, however, Marlin must push past his anxieties and travel through the ocean to save his son. With help from iconic characters like Dory, Crush, and the Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo each overcome a variety of obstacles on their respective journeys to reunite with each other.

Noteworthy Trends
Roald Dahl
The popular children’s book author has found several of his stories adapted into the theatre canon, and during the 2023-2024 season, 15 productions of four different Dahl stories. These include: James and the Giant Peach, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, and The BFG.
