Our twelve-week classes are designed for students who crave a more in-depth acting experience. Working with the same teaching artists and ensemble of students for a full semester creates a supportive environment where the class can bond as a trusted community.

Students will truly hone their skills over this 12-Week period as the class is split between working on a script throughout the semester and in dedicated college-level Master Classes taught by some of the best performing arts facilitators in Nashville.
Students will then take these newly learned skills and be able to apply them to their character and scene work, in not just this class but beyond.

In this Online Production, students will develop their skills as they rehearse and perform this play specifically written to be produced live online!

During rehearsal, students will rehearse their parts and receive individual coaching, play ensemble games to build their teamwork as a class, and develop their expressive theatre skills through drama games and exercises. Students will have homework in-between rehearsals.

Junior Artists Company will be presenting .. The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon Stay At-Home Edition The fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm are turned on their heads and catapulted online in this fast-paced, rollicking ride. Performers attempt to combine all 209 stories, ranging from classics like Snow White, Cinderella, and Hansel and Gretel to more bizarre, obscure stories like Faithful Johannes. A wild, free-form comedy with lots of madcap fun. Ever heard of “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare”? It’s like that, but with The Brothers Grimm!

On May 15, students will perform their show live, with a livestream available for families to watch from home. On another date to be determined, we will livestream a recording of their performance so that students can watch their work and celebrate together as a cast. Students’ immediate families will receive free access to both livestreams, with additional tickets available for a suggested donation to extended family and friends.
