Oregon Children’s Theatre (OCT) seeks a seasoned professional to fill an immediate opening as Development Director. Reporting to OCT’s managing director, this full-time position is charged with planning and managing the organization’s fundraising initiatives, working in collaboration with OCT’s artistic director and board of directors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative leader with substantive fundraising experience. Successful candidates will have experience engaging board members in carrying out their responsibilities for fund development, building relationships with patrons, and securing support from a variety of sources. Experience in managing major individual donor campaigns will be especially valued. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are a must. Experience in raising funds for arts and arts education would be helpful, but is not a prerequisite. This is a full-time salaried and exempt position, with a competitive salary and benefits for this position, including fully paid health and dental benefits. The current salary range for this senior leadership position starts at $60,000.
